The Managed Funds Association (MFA) is a trade association for the global alternative investment industry (primarily hedge funds and managed futures) and its investors.

The MFA advocates for public policies that foster efficient, transparent, fair capital markets, and competitive tax and regulatory structures.

It supports member business strategy and growth via proprietary access to subject matter experts, peer-to-peer networking, and best practices.

It also holds a series of briefings and conferences in the US for members and the industry at large, helping members network with peers, gain industry knowledge and raise capital by connecting with investors.

MFA’s 160+ member firms collectively manage $2+ trillion across a diverse group of investment strategies.
